Random Anticipation Thoughts

Three weeks until we kickoff and I feel as if I’m going to explode because I’ve been so consumed by so many things. I guess the first thing is making sure students know about the Uprising Kickoff on Thursday Sept 10th… that is probably the most important thing, the second thing is making sure that my ministers are trained, educated and ready to go and lastly its to make sure that the messages for the student’s programs get done.
Now that I’ve listed that out it’s helped… but I’m always like that at this time, it’s just a bunch of anticipation, once September 14th (Monday after the first weekend) rolls around, I’ll be pumped, jazzed and ready to go. I also think back to last year’s series on margin, one thing that was successful about this summer is how much margin we were able to build into the staff schedule, I feel we are able to deal with the changes and the build up in a much better way. This is going to be a great year.
