Unfold the Role

Yesterday was a day of meetings, and I know this Sunday will a day of meetings. Right now there is a lot of planning and it’s all adding up to a June 7th Upward Ministers Gathering. During that time we are going to focus a lot on the objectives, goals and roles of youth ministry at Nativity. I’m so confident in this summer because it’s not just one guy planning, but several key leaders. I believe this is the first summer I have key leaders in every student program looking at how to strengthen. I feel as if my role is slowly changing…it’ll be interesting to see how this all unfolds.
