Settling In

Today was insane but in a really great way. Without sounding confusing it was nice for things to settle in. Coming back from a break is difficult but the ministers really stepped up and made the transitions smooth.
On another note the students leaders are settling in well. With a change in the seasons new students are coming because schedules have freed up. Also people are more use to the new time; however there are still some adjustments to make. While some schedules are freeing up others are getting busy. The challenge is figuring how to settle everyone in. I’ve come to the conclusion that you can’t please everyone and make a perfect program but you want people to be comfortable with where things are going. It comes down to casting vision. While it’s important to cast vision to your ministers it’s essential to cast vision to your students. Students need vision because they drive the ministry.
