At Da Beach On Retreat

Staff retreat day one and we’ve been doing the DISC analysis. Basically what that is, is a test that analyzes how we communicate and interact. It’s similar to the Meyer’s Briggs. It’s been pretty interesting to see what different staff members got, some people were a little skeptical at first but after a while it seemed as if people were more accepting of the results. I’m still processing things; therefore, I don’t have much to say, perhaps later.
