We are now moving up in age from 5th and 6th graders to 7th and 8th graders. Again this is another ministry description of what you can do if you are interested in working with teens (grades 5-12) at Church of the Nativity. Come back each day until this weekend (March 28th/29th) as we let you know the many ways you can impact a teen.
Next: Resurrection
Resurrection is our 7th/8th grade program that takes place on Sunday afternoons from 4pm – 5:15pm in the Classroom Wing and Theater. This program is designed to help and guide students into a deeper and personal relationship with Christ through worship (music, drama, games, reflection activities and a message).
Crowd Ministers
Crowd ministers for Resurrection focus on greeting the students as they arrive for program making sure new students are connected and returning ones are welcomed back. There is also opportunity to plan and lead activities at the program. As a crowd minister your main objective is to make sure that students feel connected to the community and are given information (resources, small groups, etc.) to go deeper into their faith.
