I’ve been asked, “How do you know if teens are continuing in their faith after high school?” For a long time I didn’t know they answer. I did not know for two reasons. One, we didn’t have a measuring system. And two, I didn’t know what I was measuring. The problem behind the problem was a lack of vision. How did I know whether or not I was succeeding if I didn’t know what I was trying to achieve?
Your ministry needs vision in order to help students find their identity in Christ. Vision is the destination you want to take your students, volunteers and the church.
