Right now as a staff we are trying to clarify our jobs. I tell people I’m the youth minister and when they ask exactly what I do I find myself rambling off a variety of tasks and programs. I don’t know what other people know but what each youth minister does is different from church to church, we probably all have the same expectations from parents and fellow parishioners, to bring faith into the lives of young people. But, it feels like it should be more than that…in fact it should be more than that.
