I’m almost done writing for our Advent Series: How to Glow in the Dark and I’m already looking to get ahead for 2009. We have four series in the New Year, three 3 week series and 1 6 week series so it should be interesting. I haven’t come up with names for the series but I’m hoping that they will take us to the next level because of the ways they will connect students into deeper faith formation here at Nativity. Our 2009 schedule is:
Jan 11-25 – Sex and Dating (working title – Created to Love)
Feb 8 – 15 – Adventure Management (This is a series from Saddleback that we’ll adapt into a two week series)
Feb 22 – April 5 – Spirtual Battle (working title Best Case Scenario: Survival Guide a play off of Worst Case Scenario: Survival Guide)
April 19 – May 3rd – A series on Celebrating Christ (Not too sure how this series is going to pan out; however, it will focus on worshiping God in different ways.)
