How do you grow disciples while managing everything on your plate? Being a leader isn’t easy but it’s possible when we have the right people around you. In this episode of the YM Transfer Podcast, my guest is [Father Simon Lobo](https://twitter.com/frsimoncc), pastor of Saint Benedict’s Parish and author of Divine Renovation Apprentice. In our conversation we talk about the importance of work-life balance, managing others and learning from our mistakes so that we can do what God has asked us to do.

A little more about Fr. Simon Lobo:

Fr. Simon Lobo was ordained in 2009 as a priest of the [Companions of the Cross](https://www.companionscross.org/). After serving as a campus minister at Wayne State University and in parishes throughout Ottawa, he joined the team at [Saint Benedict Parish](http://www.saintbenedict.ca/), Halifax, in July 2015. You can follow him on twitter [@frsimoncc](https://twitter.com/frsimoncc)
