Investing in Ministry

I’m feeling better from a couple of days ago, when you are feeling bad, rely on God and He’ll most definitley pick you up. I’m getting really excited about this upcoming year. I’ve met with most of my leaders and I’m putting together job descriptions. As difficult as a task as it is it gives me more confidence in my ministers. In the last three years it has been difficult for me to pass off and delegate responsibilities. It wasn’t that I didn’t have anything to give people, the problem was verbalizing my needs. So many times in the past I gave people tasks and not ownership. When you give your ministers ownership it shows that you value them and that without them your ministry won’t grow. Otherwise not much else today.
