I’m Figuring it Out

This has been quite the week. Staff retreat was helpful, challenging and motivating. I’m looking forward to taking on the year and all the challenges that are presented. As a staff I believe we got a better idea of how we communicated, we were really great at laying out the year and putting together a tighter production schedule. It’s going to be good to start moving on this stuff, right now it’s just kind of taking everything in. I’m still exhausted from this past weekend when we had Confirmation Mass, the last weekend of programming for Ascent, Resurrection and Uprising and then earlier this week it was three intense days of staff retreat.
Here are three things I’ll be working on in the next month:
1. Reflecting, reviewing and planning with ministers/student leaders.
2. Researching message series for youth.
3. Optimizing current youth programs.
