Everyone presenting at the Matter Conference are men and women who work in parish ministry. They’ve felt the pain of failure and disappointment. Our staff are the presenters and will share with you what’s worked and what hasn’t.
Patrick Lencioni, author of the Advantage and other great books will be joining us. He’s helped us become a healthier organization and I would love for you to hear what he has to offer. At Matter he’ll give insight on what a healthy organization looks like and some of the first steps you need to take to move in that direction.
