To find the nurturers look for people who care about you. These are people who will go out of their way to make sure you succeed. Ask them to take on the responsibility of shepherding your people. When people are cared for they’ll step up their commitment and get the job done.
If you can surround yourself with people who get the job done, dream big and care for others it will give you the margin you need to lead. You will create a winning team where people are happy to serve.
